The 11 modules to approve
- 1
Your working world
How your tool looks, in one click.
We start with the easy one: you choose by looking, not by thinking. From that click onwards, everything else — your requirements, the preview, the quote — already carries your colours. This is also where you pick the language of the interface we deliver.
To have readyNothing. Look at the four worlds and take the one you can see yourself working in — you can change it at any time. Keep your logo to hand for the next question.
- 2
What you do
Your line of work, your clients, your patch.
Everything starts here: your CRM's vocabulary, screens and automations all follow from your actual trade — not from a generic model.
To have readyNothing in particular — describe the business the way you would to someone joining the team. Your website address helps a lot, as our AI reads it.
- 3
Your company
Legal identity, regulation.
Anything you send out — contracts, engagement letters, invoices — has to carry your correct company details. And if you are in a regulated profession, the CRM is built around those obligations from the start rather than patched up later.
To have readyYour certificate of incorporation — or whatever your country's companies register issues — and your exact registered name. If you are in a regulated profession, the body you are registered with and the number they gave you.
- 4
Your team
Who does what, who sees what.
“Who sees what” is decided before building, not after: access restrictions are wired into the database itself, at the safest level.
To have readyThe list of people who will use the CRM and, for each, what they should be able to see and do.
- 5
What you track
Cases, clients, properties… and their records.
This is your CRM's skeleton: records are laid out in the order your team actually works, with your own fields — not 40 generic ones of which 35 stay empty.
To have readyYour current records (paper, spreadsheet, old tool) and, if you have one, an export of your contacts and cases.
- 6
Your sales cycle
The stages, from first contact to won.
Your real stages — including the exits (lost, expired, abandoned) — give you an honest dashboard and a realistic forecast.
To have readyWalk through a typical case in your head, from first contact to payment: every stage, and what can go wrong at each one.
- 7
Your working thread
What to do, at every stage of a case.
This is what stops things slipping through the cracks. On every case, the CRM shows what to do now, which document to produce, what is blocking, and schedules the chasers when you depend on someone else.
To have readyHow a typical case runs day to day: at each stage, the document that goes with it, what stops you moving on, and the moments when you are waiting on someone (bank, solicitor, authorities).
- 8
Your documents
What comes out of the CRM, ready to sign.
Your CRM will produce your documents exactly as they are — the tool adapts to your templates, not the other way round. The more you provide, the closer the result.
To have readyAll the commercial paperwork you have to hand: Word/PDF templates (quotes, contracts, mandates, letters), brochures, completed examples.
- 9
Your automations
What should happen on its own.
The sequences you already run by hand (“when a mandate expires, I chase”) become automatic: alerts, calculations, follow-ups — nothing slips.
To have readyThe calculation you redo by hand over and over, and your habits of the “when X happens, we do Y” kind.
- 10
Your surrounding tools
Email, calendar, imports, web.
Your CRM fits into what already exists (email, calendar, accounting) instead of replacing everything — we only connect what genuinely serves your day.
To have readyThe list of tools you already use: email, calendar, accounting software, other trade software.
- 11
Final scoping
Volumes, confidentiality, scope.
A last pass: sizing the tool, covering GDPR, and above all freezing what we are NOT doing in version 1 — a clear scope is what makes fast delivery possible.
To have readyYour rough numbers: cases in progress, new cases per month, contacts in your files.
Ensuite : votre CRM, puis vos modifications
