How much does a bespoke CRM cost?
Pricing starts from a build fee of €1,500 excluding VAT and only rises if your project asks for more — a calculator on the home page gives you a range in 30 seconds, with no sign-up. Scoping is free (€250 of credit included); at the end you receive a precise quote calculated from your requirements, before any decision. As a guide: a narrow-scope CRM starts at €1,500, while a rich CRM (several kinds of cases, documents and automations) sits around €2,300 to €4,800. The quote covers the build, testing, going live and the getting-started guide. A subscription of €199 excluding VAT per month then applies, with no commitment, from delivery onwards: hosting in France, backups, monitoring, and €50 excluding VAT of changes included every month, carried over across the quarter. That amount is flat — it does not depend on how many people use it, where CRMs on the market charge per seat. Beyond the included allowance, changes are paid from prepaid credit (€200, €500 or €1,000), with the cost shown before each run.
Do you have an offer for estate agencies?
Yes, at a fixed price: €990 excluding VAT to set up, then €199 excluding VAT per month. That scope is already built and running in production — mandates, properties, buyers and sellers matched automatically on their criteria, viewings, offers, conditions precedent, a numbered statutory register and identity documents. So we are not building it from scratch: we set it up in your colours, with your documents and your fee scale. The subscription is flat whatever the number of negotiators, where software houses in this market charge per seat and do not publish their prices.
Is Fabrique CRM right for my business?
It is, if your trade does not fit an off-the-shelf CRM — your own vocabulary, your own documents, your own business rules — or if several people will be using it: our subscription is flat and does not depend on the number of users, where suites on the market charge for every seat. It is not, if what you mainly need is invoicing and accounting for one or two people: the French all-in-one suites do that very well for a few tens of euros a month, and we will tell you so during scoping rather than after the quote. Since scoping is free, that answer costs you nothing.
How quickly is my CRM delivered?
The first version is delivered within hours of your requirements being approved, against several months for a classic bespoke development. Scoping itself (around twenty minutes, in one or several sittings) happens at your pace, and you follow the build live from your workspace. After that, your changes are applied and redeployed as you ask for them.
Where is my data hosted?
In France and the European Union. Each client has their own isolated database (a dedicated project per client, row-level security, reinforced authentication): your data is never mixed with anyone else's.
How is this different from a generic CRM like Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive?
A generic CRM imposes its own objects, vocabulary and screens; you spend weeks configuring it and still live with compromises. Yes, as much as you like — that is the point: the first version is a starting point. You talk to the AI like your own IT engineer, in plain English — “add a follow-up date on mandates with an alert 15 days before”, “fees should only be visible to me”, “put our logo top left”. It plays the request back as a short specification, shows the estimated cost in credit before running it, then changes the CRM, tests it and redeploys. Version history is kept, with the option to roll back.
